In this fall time, our kinesiologist had fun testing two energy ball (snack) recipes. The recipes have been slightly modified and added SPARK protein.

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup SPARK protein (chocolate or vanilla)
1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
2 tbsp of maple syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp of chocolate (your choice, dark, semi-sweet, 70% and more)
Combine all the ingredients with a fork. Make your energy balls and wrap them individually. Refrigerate.
Energy Ball recipe #2 (our favorite!)
1 cup of oatmeal
1 SPARK protein scoop (chocolate or vanilla)
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp applesauce
3 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
25g dark chocolate 75% (or other, your choice)
1 tsp Quebec maple syrup (or 1/4 tsp of a sugar of your choice)
Combine all the ingredients with a fork. Make your energy balls and wrap them individually. Refrigerate.
