In those containment and social distancing times, we need to keep in mind our reasons for training. The WHY we train ? What if you didn’t have any events and races, what would you do ?

Lifestyle should not change. We must take this time to lengthen our pre-season, and maybe even try new training techniques, yoga, running, while remaining safe, in our practices (at home).

For the next few days, weeks, what can you control? If we partially withdraw our competition objective, do we remain an athlete, a sportsman? Yes. Stay focused and in control and manage one step at a time.
